Pete's trip to Edinburgh

I went over to Edinburgh for the day today, primarily to see B in the Pentland Hills Care Home, and I'm just posting a bundle of photos and info to bring everyone up to date with how things are for her.
It was a long old day - had to set the alarm for 3.25am, to get a flight at 6.20am, and got back home to Bray at 9pm - but it was a good day.



Lots of snow in Edinburgh - these plant pots were outside Pentland Hills, and the other snowy photos were taken in Lennox St. Had to push the car to get it out of the snow!




By a happy coincidence, Monique was also visiting Edinburgh today, so I was able to catch up with her too (and so was B).



B was in her bedroom here, enjoying looking at the book of photos that we gave her for her 50th Anniversary - and you can see the little train on the table behind her - that's got a train with "B and Zander" on it, then seven little carriages with the names of the grandchildren,,,,
